Chef’s Dish of the Month – Chargrilled Lemon Chicken
With summer in full swing, our delicious new menu has been going down well with our customers. For July, our Head Chef has selected the fragrant Chargrilled Lemon Chicken as our Dish of the Month. This mouth-watering chicken is gently infused with citrus before being chargrilled, and comes with a side of crispy wild mushroom and smoked mozzarella risotto cake as well as a good drizzle of Roquette pesto.
A refreshing and light dish for this time of year, we recommend washing it down with a dry Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc. With notes of gooseberry, tropical fruits and lychee, this appetising wine offsets the summery flavours in the chicken dish beautifully and works equally well as an aperitif.
