Chef’s Pick of the Month – Minced English Lamb Patties
Our head chef Shane and his team have been cooking up a storm in our kitchen to devise our brand new, delicious pub menu. From delicate duck to fresh fish and mouth-watering vegetarian dishes there is something on our new menu to suit every taste.
With so many delectable dishes to choose from, Shane struggled to pick just one for this month’s Chef’s Dish, however, after much deliberation, he settled on one – under the proviso he could pick another soon!
So, without further ado, our current Chef’s Dish of the Month is our delightfully different Minced English Lamb Patties!
This fragrant dish combines perfectly seasoned, lamb patties with an assortment of Lebanese style accompaniments, including moreish baba ganoush, avocado and chilli salsa and delicious flat bread.
Our Lamb Patties are best paired with a fruity but full-bodied Rioja like our Casa Del Marques Rioja Crianza. The lovely long finish and oaky notes on this Spanish favourite complement the vibrant flavour combinations in this dish beautifully.
